D-Day 80 Event

Carthorpe Village celebrated the 80th Anniversary of D-Day on 6th June 2024.

We gathered at Carthorpe House Farm enjoyed Fish & Chips and took part in the National Beacon Lighting ceremony to pay tribute to the men & women who helped to liberate Europe 80 years ago.

A good night was had by all.
